VIRTUAL REHAB COACHING PROGRAM
- SERVICES PROVIDED – NO MEDICAL CARE OR ADVICE BY BACK REBUILD
If you have opted for the virtual rehab coaching program. The content of the Site and the Services, including without limitation, text, copy, audio, video, photographs, illustrations, graphics, electronic communications (as defined in Section 6.) and other visuals, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations of any kind by Back Rebuild. Back Rebuild provides movement information and instructive videos for general information purposes only. You should always seek the advice of your qualified health care professionals with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your individual needs and any medical conditions. All information provided by Back Rebuild, or in connection with any communications supported by Back Rebuild, is intended to be for general information purposes only, and is in no way intended to create a provider-patient relationship as defined by the law.
Your interactions with the Site are not intended to take the place of your relationship with your regular health care practitioners or primary care physician. Neither Back Rebuild, nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or any third party who may promote the Site or Service or provide a link to the Service, shall be liable for any information or advice obtained from the Site or Service, nor any information obtained on the Site. Back Rebuild Site and Services are not for medical emergencies or urgent situations. You should not disregard or delay to seek medical advice based on anything that appears or does not appear on the Site. If you believe you have an emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately.
You should seek emergency help or follow up care when recommended by a physician or qualified healthcare provider or when otherwise needed. You should continue to consult with your primary provider and other healthcare professionals as recommended. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider concerning questions you have regarding a medical condition and before stopping, starting, or modifying any treatment or modification.
No Medical Diagnosis
While physiotherapy may involve discussion of symptoms and possible contributing factors, no formal medical diagnosis is made through this service. This service can not definitively diagnose conditions such as fractures, infections, inflammatory disease, neurological disorders, or other non-musculoskeletal pathology.
Client Responsibilities
You agree that you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding your symptoms, medical history, and current health status.
- Informing Back Rebuild immediately of any changes in symptoms.
- Disclosing any new or worsening pain, neurological symptoms, or other concerning signs.
Red Flags & Urgent Medical Care
You acknowledge that you have been advised to seek immediate medical attention (e.g. GP, urgent care, or emergency services) if you experience any of the following, including but not limited to:
- New or worsening neurological symptoms (e.g. numbness, weakness, loss of coordination)
- Changes in bladder or bowel function
- Saddle anaesthesia
- Severe or worsening night pain
- Unexplained weight loss, fever, or systemic illness
- Symptoms following significant trauma
You understand that online physiotherapy is not appropriate in these circumstances and that continuation of rehabilitation without medical review may carry risk.
Risk of Participation
You understand that exercise and rehabilitation involve inherent risks, including temporary increases in pain, soreness, or aggravation of symptoms. You voluntarily choose to participate in this programme with full knowledge of these risks.
Scope of Service
This service:
- Does not replace care from your GP, consultant, or other medical professionals
- Does not provide emergency care
- Does not include prescribing medication, ordering imaging, or performing physical examinations
You are encouraged to maintain contact with your primary healthcare provider while participating in this programme.
Acknowledgement & Consent
By enrolling in this programme, you confirm that:
- You understand the limitations and risks of online physiotherapy
- You have had the opportunity to ask questions
- You consent to receive physiotherapy services delivered remotely
- You agree to follow advice regarding escalation and referral when indicated
Nutrition & Dietary Information Disclaimer (Anecdotal / Educational Use)
Any nutrition or dietary information provided as part of this programme,, is shared for general educational and informational purposes only and is based on anecdotal experience, publicly available information, and individual reports. This information does not constitute personalised nutrition therapy, dietetic advice, or medical treatment, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Back Rebuild does not provide dietetic services and does not replace advice from a registered dietitian, nutritionist, or medical professional. Individual responses to dietary approaches vary significantly, and certain dietary patterns may be inappropriate or unsafe for some individuals, particularly those with underlying medical conditions, a history of eating disorders, metabolic disease, gastrointestinal conditions, or those taking prescribed medication.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any dietary choices you make and agree to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet. You agree to discontinue any dietary approach and seek medical advice if you experience adverse symptoms or health concerns.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
